Razz Limo

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star!! Not only is the owner Sam a terrible business man but he is very bad at returning phone calls and following through with what you reserve for the evening! I called to book a "Party Bus" (which if you look at the website shows a normal party bus) 3 weeks before our event. He was supposed to fax a contract and never did so...I should have known then! Someone that also used him did the same and said that on the day of his event a "School Bus" showed up. So I called Sam all week to confirm that I was not getting a school bus and he never returned my calls. Finally, on the day of our event I got a hold of him! I said to him we are scheduled for a "Party Bus" not a "School Bus" and he assured me that we had the party bus. As I was driving to our pick up spot the driver called me to say that the police had pulled him over and they were searching the bus. I then noticed the "School Bus" that was pulled over on the road! I called Sam to tell him not only did he send the WRONG bus but the School Bus he sent was being pulled over and the driver was 45 minutes late! We were suprising someone and had a strict pick up time! After waiting around for an hour, Sam called to say that the police were not letting him go because he had 2 broken items on the school bus and that he would refund my credit card. I had ten people waiting and an unsuspecting person to be surprised! I asked if he was going to send another bus and he said no he didn't have anymore. So we were stranded and Sam was making no effort to help. He made it seem like it wasn't his fault that the bus was unable to make it...shouldn't a company make sure that their cars are up to code before putting passengers in danger???? PLEASE BEWARE BEFORE YOU CALL THIS MAN...HE IS TERRIBLE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! more

Spoke to the owner, Sam, three times regarding a high profile event with our president and vice presidents of our company. Even spoke to him the morning of the event. Sam assured me every time that the bus would definitely not have a "pole" in the vehicle and would have an ice chest, glasses, etc on the bus. The pathetic bus arrived with the unremovable pole, no ice, no glasses, absolutely nothing. The driver, who is contracted from another company, had no clue to where he was even going. I called Sam at that time to tell him of all the problems and Sam was just rude, said he forgot about the pole and the glasses, etc. Threatened to cancel the bus on me! Unbelievably bad service. I cannot emphasis enough to stay away from Sam and his lousy limo service!!!! Lies, rude, the worst! more

Like the other reviews here and else where, I had a pretty bad experience. I wish I would of read the other reviews first. The driver was clearly inexperienced. My night was ruined. more

very unprofessional operation. they tried charging me more money then what they quoted me before at the last minute for the same amount of people. then tried blaming me for the mess up. when talking to them Sam was incredibly rude. i would not go to them again if my life depended on it. more

We went out for a girls night out and had the most perfect car, driver, and Razz himself beat the lowest price. It was the most amazing night. The car was warm when it arrived, the driver was wearing an up-to-date tuxedo. We were treated with the utmost respect and we really felt like royalty!! Again and again we would use this wonderful courteous, and prompt service! more

For my husband’s (then boyfriend) birthday, our group of friends decided to rent a limo for a Saturday night and do a pub crawl in Royal Oak. We booked Razz limo, and it was nothing but trouble. First, the limo driver was over an hour late because she didn’t get directions to our place (and despite having a friend of ours in the back, since she was at a wedding close to their dispatch center). Second, even though we had told the company of our plans to drive from club to club in Royal Oak and need for a driver than new the way around, she didn’t have a clue about the area. We wound up giving directions all night. And to top it off, she had the nerve to ask for the tip up front. Maybe we just had bad luck with the driver, but it was more trouble than it was worth. more
