Went back and met with Anthony Caridi, and Matt today. They made me feel comfortable and I ended up buying a 2013 Chevy Cruze, loaded. I believe I got a good deal, as they paid off my Envoy, which isn't worth much at this point (I believe I got more than I could have on the street). Although the interest rate is too high (which is the finance companies issue), my payment is really costing me no more per month than the Envoy, because I'm saving that extra $100 in gas. They took care of the initial problem I had there and made me a decent deal :) I'm glad I gave them a second chance :)
