I am a Chevy gal. I own a Suburban and an Impala, and was in the market for a little run-about to compliment the two. I liked the looks and features of the Sonic. I decided to check financing from several sources prior to heading to a dealership. USAA had the best deal, but you had to purchase from specific dealers and before I could sign off the computer, a young man with the last name of Brown called me. He was from Moss Bros Chevrolet. This dealership was out of my area, but the man was so so nice I decided to drive on down and check out the Sonic. We did a test ride and I was ready to purchase. Unfortunately Mr. Brown had an emergency and handed me over to Phillipe, who was also very knowledgeable. I then headed to the "dreaded" finance dept. to meet Theresa. I can honestly say that this was the easiest, most painless car purchase I have ever made. While my new Sonic was being arranged from another dealer, I waited in the waiting room of the new building and chatted with my fellow car guys. Most were there for service and had only positive feedback for the service they have received over the years. That was so good to know because the dealership I HAD been using left me angry and frustrated every time I went. Phillipe came back to get me to inform me that my car wasn't ready but instead of making me wait, he found me a loaner to let me go home (I live over an hour away) and drove my new Sonic to me the next morning. I definitely will tell my friends about my experience at Moss. Bros. Thanks for doing a great job!
