Poor customer service. I waited 15 minutes (no one was at the front desk) just to have someone start checking us in when we dropped off, we finally had the dogs checked in and dropped after being there for an hour. Unsolicited opinions on everything from food to your pet's behavior. I do have to say that I was very pleased with the condition of our dogs on pick up and the care they provided. So if you don't mind a wait and other people's opinions they do provide good care at reasonable prices.
