Overall this was the best experience we have had purchasing a vehicle and were impressed. Friendly, not pushy, quick transaction and a great price. Definitely recommend this dealership. However...We did purchase a pre-owned vehicle and was only provided one remote for the vehicle and no owners manual. This type of stuff is common when buying pre-owned "as is". For the remote, we were told and convinced that we may be able to get one with no cost. After 2 weeks of "looking into it" we were told we could purchase one.
