I was very impressed with the speed of response to my issue since I had family visiting and our one and only toilet was in serious need of repair...quickly! Boyd plumbing had a wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable professional at my door within 30 minutes of my phone call. Now that's customer service at it's finest!!
Jon arrived, reviewed the problem, presented the solution, fixed the problem and left the bathroom spotless. What a great representative Jon is for his company. While Jon was here we discussed another issue I have with the outflow pipe in my back yard and he told me of several options that would be possible to fix the things I'm concerned about. But...best of all... no pressure to "sell" me any particular solution, just the information and "call us when you're ready".
I would highly recommend this business and this technician to anyone that needs professional plumbing services.
