We have had Sonny Sorg come to our house in Rosemont twice this year. He is amazing and found our issue with serious detective work :) and was able to fix it. We have an adult son with severe autism who loves to throw things down the toilet and although my husband can usually deal with it, the two episodes this summer were epic and needed a professional. Sonny is kind, empathetic, smart and professional. Plus we didn't get overcharged as we did with a previous company. Everything works great now but I expect Sonny will be back to visit us again in the future because that's just the way it goes unfortunately. We have been able to keep the large toenail clippers from my kid for now (loves to flush those!) but you never know what might happen next. And I've recommended Boyd Plumbing when I can--fast and reliable! more

Install hot water dispenser 7/22/2020

The technician was on time and the install was done very professionally. The cost was a bit pricey for the time it took, over $600 for 2 hours. more

Great work from helpful team! 2/24/2020

Boyd Plumbing quickly responded to expertly remedy the leak by installing a new shut-off valve. Sonny and his assistant were very informative and did quality work! We would definitely hire Boyd Plumbing again for any future work. more

Stains at base of toilet 9/5/2018

Called last Friday, after looking for local plumbers on line. As scheduled Fernando arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and gave me two options. Repair the 44 yr old toilet or install a new one. I chose the latter though a bit more expensive. Fernando returned in a half hour and quickly installed the new one. All in about two hours. Great service! more

Service call 5/4/2018

Jeremy B. came to check on an old ceiling water leak for which I had opened an inspection hole exposing drain pipe above the water stain, which is about 18" in diameter. But after his inspection, and running upstairs water, flushing toilet, etc., for several minutes, no leak was apparent. So Jeremy left, and advised that I call him if the problem shows up again, and, no charge for his call. Very courteous, very professional, a pleasure to deal with. more
