Showed up at 10:15 am on Thursday, and were due 10:00am-noon on Friday. Admitted their screw up, and said they would be here 10:00-noon on Friday. Showed up at 2:43pm.
It appears they don't move furniture. A microwave cart on wheels was not cleaned underneath. The kitchen chairs were not moved to clean the floor. An 8lb cabinet on the floor was not moved to clean underneath. A sofa at an angle in a corner, leaving space for a litter pan, was not touched. The space went uncleaned. If the policy is to not move furniture, I could have been asked to move things for them, but, I wasn't.
Requested they clean refrigerator inside and out, and they did not clean back inner wall, or sides.
They did a great job cleaning ceiling fans, but did nothing to other light fixtures.
Cleaned the floors, but not the heat vents at floor level.
They are a service that does "cosmetic" cleaning, but not the service to hire for a "thorough" job.
Way to pricey for the services performed. Will NEVER hire them again.
