The food at Lil' Chef is mediocre at best. I've ordered French Toast there before- only to have the "chef" use garlic bread to make it. It tasted horrible.
The service is all right, but not great. Just about what you would expect of a 24 hour diner.
The prices are decent, but when you compare them to the food quality, they reflect what they serve.
