Only place in Mt Pleasant for breakfast 10/17/2010

I've lived in Mt. Pleasant for many years and Lil Chef is our favorite place to eat breakfast. The price is right, the portions are hugh, the food tastes great, and the servers are awesome!! The also have great home cooked special every day. Try it. more

Ive been going to Lil Chef for 15 years and I love the food there. The staff is friendly and the remodel looks great. Five stars from me! more

Not the place to be! 9/10/2006

The food at Lil' Chef is mediocre at best. I've ordered French Toast there before- only to have the "chef" use garlic bread to make it. It tasted horrible. The service is all right, but not great. Just about what you would expect of a 24 hour diner. The prices are decent, but when you compare them to the food quality, they reflect what they serve. more

The place to be at 2am! 1/11/2006

If your looking for someplace to eat after the bars kick you out, try Lil' Chef. They serve breakfast lunch and dinner entrées. The menu is approximately similar to a diner's menu as are the prices. Seating usually is pretty available until after bar nights, when you could be waiting a bit first. more
