these reviews are all too accurate, but after some checking found that their rating went from an "F" to an "A" in a couple of months because they became a paid BBB member. Management companies are hired by the Board, so the problem may be bigger than just Foster Premier. Yes, they are rude and unresponsive to residents, but they do as much as your Boards allow them to get away with! For all who have tried to deal with this company and can't get answers or actions, your best bet is to file a complaint with the attorney general, or the department of professional regulations. You can't deal with someone who doesn't want treat you with respect.
