After visiting many dealerships, I wasn't sure if I wanted to go to another dealership again. The salesmen called themselves 'Mr. No Pressure'. But they were showing me cars 50-70% out of the budget that I shared with them, they would send 3-4 emails a DAY, and call me around 2, even after I asked them to stop. I could go on, but there's no point. After calling Kia of Quakertown and sharing my experience, I was put on the phone with the Manager, Steve. He promised that I would have a completely and totally different experience here. Steve came out onto the lot, shook our hands and introduced us to the sales man, Jon who would be assisting us. Jon sat back and allowed us to figure out how we felt about the cars, rather than telling us what we should think. He even stayed late into his vacation time in order for us to have the best experience we could. What impressed me the most though, was how they handled my trade in. My 1994 Volvo and I have been together for many years, and as my first car, I had grown attached. Even though he'll most likely be sold for his parts, the staff were super kind about it. They meet their customers where they are and only build them higher, rather than push them around. Even if you aren't looking into a Kia (we got a Honda CR-V) try shopping here. It's renewed my faith that car salesmen (and women) really are humans!
