I called Fast Water Heater Company to replace a leaking water heater that was still under warranty. The rep on the phone, Ginny, was very helpful and scheduled an appointment for me as soon as possible. The technician, George, took the time to explain issues such as code requirements and answer my questions. He did an excellent job and didn't rush to just get the job done but took the time to get the job done right. This is important - I've dealt with other companies who came out and just was in a rush to get the job done ASAP. The employees at Fast Water Heater from the rep on the phone to the technician provided excellent customer service. I would use the company again and refer them to friends and family.
