Thumbs up to the horse vets, but front desk staff could use a lesson in manners 7/22/2006

We've had a few critical moments with the horses that Gary and Donna (Doc too!) handled professionally and with great sensitivity. But there is one older lady the works up front that I've run into now on two occasions that just chaps my hide. Maybe she feels she knows more than the average client I don't know, but honestly she needs to learn the dynamics of good customer service and knowing when to keep her arrogant mouth shut. I'd hate to switch vets, but if she starts in on me again, I will have to find another service, sad to say. Nuff said. more
