Thumbs up to the horse vets, but front desk staff could use a lesson in manners 7/22/2006

We've had a few critical moments with the horses that Gary and Donna (Doc too!) handled professionally and with great sensitivity. But there is one older lady the works up front that I've run into now on two occasions that just chaps my hide. Maybe she feels she knows more than the average client I don't know, but honestly she needs to learn the dynamics of good customer service and knowing when to keep her arrogant mouth shut. I'd hate to switch vets, but if she starts in on me again, I will have to find another service, sad to say. Nuff said. more

Rude front desk staff. Cheaper upfront but cost more in the end. 12/3/2005

I do not refer this veterinary hospital because many of the front desk staff have been rude and impolite on many occasions without due cause. Also, I have paid too much money because of the younger Dr.s referring me to specialists and running unneccesary tests (bloodwork & xrays) for minor illnesses that another veterinarian was able to diagnose and cure without such extremes. Upfront was cheaper but cost more in the end. more

very good vet 9/4/2005

I really like this animal hospital. They take your pet in for any reason of emergency without question and rules. I love how they have easy access to their building and how they know what they are talking about and what exists around the city. They are a great place. more
