Worst title company that i have ever seen. I loose to purchase one of my property. They are very non-responsive. Their work is very lengthy. They made delay, by this time the lender declined my loan. For nothing they make things complicated. Further, one of my friend try to use them, he was very unhappy. Stay away from this title company.
