Very bad title company. When I called them they do not respond after a week. They do not know lots of things. They do not know what they are talking. They raised issues which makes lender the bank very confused. Closing gets delayed. They do not respond by phone. They send email which is not clear in the email. I would not recommended them at all. more

Bad Title Compny 5/9/2012

A very bad title company. They do not know lots of things. They are panic when they talk. When i call them, they do not respond even after a week. Having that the closing gets very delay. Usually they do not want a respond any phone call, they respond after a week by email, where email is not clear. More importantly, they do not know what they are talking, bringing stuffs which makes confused the lender. I would not recommend this title company at all. more

Worst Title Company 5/8/2012

Worst title company that i have ever seen. I loose to purchase one of my property. They are very non-responsive. Their work is very lengthy. They made delay, by this time the lender declined my loan. For nothing they make things complicated. Further, one of my friend try to use them, he was very unhappy. Stay away from this title company. more

Okay, but not great Title Company 4/9/2006

We used Potomac because we got a discount from our mortgage broker. They were nice enough and corrected the problem that cropped up as quickly as they could, but no one wants to have big trouble on the day of their closing - especially not showing up early only to find that a key name is misspelled and the whole packet has to be reprinted, wasteing a lot of time and making us nervous it would not happen on time. They did fix it and Tom was extremely nice to work with, but the snaffo on something as important as someone's name was not impressive. more
