You either love it or hate it. It's definitely a dive, but I've always liked the food. I've brought other people here, though, and they've hated it. It's dingy and dank, and family-run. Prices are cheap, cheap, cheap. Drink prices are also cheap. Love their queso. Still, it's been there for years (and it shows). Try it sometime, and post your thoughts.
