I called for a second opinion after I was told I needed a new a/c unit for $6000. Mason Mechanical Heating & Cooling came out and gave me a free second opinion. They looked at my unit and explained I only needed to replace condensor fan motor. My unit is only 6 years old and is in great working condition except for the condensor fan motor. It took the technicians less than 30 minutes to change the motor and I definitely saved lots of money!!! Those big companies out there only want to sell you a new unit for big profit. Mason Mechanical Heating & Cooling is a smaller company and family owned and they are not out to rob people. Everybody was nice and Brigitte was pleasant on the phone.
