Charged $700 for a service call that fixed nothing because I didnt't immediately approve their $7000 quote to replace the whole AC unit. This is a scam.

Excellent! Knowledgable! Specialized Zone Systems 9/13/2019

I have a dual zone automatic balancing system in my house, basically one AC that services Two Zones. Sounds like a great idea until something goes wrong and none of you standard AC companies have any experience. Today, after 16 years of dealing with problem on this system, I met with Jim Emmons from Mason Mechanical. Jim was an absolute expert with the system from understanding the microprocessor to the mechanics behind the motors and dampers. Jim was intent on diagnosing the problem and finding a solution. Bottom line is the system now functions as it is supposed to.Thank you for your hard work and dedication, it really shows. Jim's card is now attached to the front cover of the control panel and Mason Mechanical will be the only company that will service my system. Thank you! more

Excellent Service! 7/23/2019

We spoke with Ish last week and decided to install vent sealers to our 2 systems. We also added air scrubbers as we live on the edge of open desert and when the wind blows, even with dual pane windows we get extra dust in the house. Our home is 31 years old and we were losing a lot of air due to the age of our vents. Ish explained everything to the fullest and gave us a fair price for the work. We qualify for an SRP discount and Mason files the paperwork with SRP! That's service! Johnny and James arrived right on time this morning and quickly and completely installed both the sealer and the scrubbers into our 2 A/C units. When they left there was no debris as they cleaned up the small amount of dust that was on the floor. We will certainly recommend Mason Mechanical to anyone who is in need of their service. They are truly professionals and worth the referral. A huge thank you goes out to Ish, Johnny and James for a job well done! Irv and Barbara more

service technicians performance 4/15/2019

we had a heat pump installed on 11 apr2019, by chad and james. both techs displayed professionalism and courtesy, while answering our questions and explaining what they were doing. we have felt very confident from the beginning with "ish", going over everything in detail. the techs doing the install with no surprises,or changes and did a real nice job. we will share your good name when ever we can. thank you all again for a job well done. this will be the coolest summer we have had in a long time. i think the fan on our laptop is louder than the a/c unit. very pleased. more

Jim was on time and professional. Their trucks are new, clean and well stocked. I have used them several times and have been very happy with their service. Even though I have an older air conditioning system, they don't push you to buy a new system which I like. Great Service more

I contacted Mason Mechanical Heating after having problems with another company. They installed a new capacitor, rechecked all the settings from the previous HVAC company and corrected their errors. I thoroughly respect the honesty, promptness and knowledge of the technician. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone and by all means I will be contacting Mason Mechanical Heating for all my future need more

It is 110 degrees out. A/C is blowing hot air. I call Mason Mechanical Heating and less than two hours later the technician shows up! He diagnosed the problem in less than a minute AMAZING HONEST service! more
