I agree with the previous poster that I would not even want to give this a half star. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever seen! I called Cool Air Usa for servicing my AC. They gave me a quote. I had calculated the cost based on the itemized quote they had given me, but shortly after the work had started, I began to realize the different ways I was being ripped off. They charged me $500 for an EV light, but made the mistake of leaving the box in plain view. I quickly did a search and realized the light coasted only $150.
