They are unprofessional. All off stuffs are Stupid, They doesn't know manner. They are a rip off. They overcharged me for an air conditioning unit. Don't call them again.

I agree with the previous poster that I would not even want to give this a half star. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever seen! I called Cool Air Usa for servicing my AC. They gave me a quote. I had calculated the cost based on the itemized quote they had given me, but shortly after the work had started, I began to realize the different ways I was being ripped off. They charged me $500 for an EV light, but made the mistake of leaving the box in plain view. I quickly did a search and realized the light coasted only $150. more

PLEASE STAY AWAY. 4/11/2012

I called Cool Air Usa for servicing my air condition. They are a rip off. They overcharged me for an air conditioning unit, which held a Freon charge for 10 days only. I tried to contact Cool Air Usa and no return on the phone call. To this day I have a $1,500 a/c unit that does NOT work, I was so disappointed. I don’t contact with them again. PLEASE STAY AWAY. more

Their Salespersons will want you to sign up a service contract. They may harass you if you try to get out of it. This company is cheating with us, they charged us over $800.00 for less than $200.00 worth of parts. I would not recommend. more
