We bought and had a garage door installed by this company. After 5 months I experienced failure in the garage door pulleys because of how it was installed. We contacted them for repair and their response and attitude was to push off till next day.? They are after the first time customer install and not the repair/service of their business, felt like the average cable company. I had another company come out and repair and replace their install of their own work. This town is big enough for myself and others in the DFW area for good contractors and other "Garage Door" companies to gain our respect and money.
