Dallas Garage Door Repair

When shopping around for a garage door repair company in Dallas, I do not recommend this company. They are listed under a couple different numbers on Google. The same man answered twice. His name was Keith. When I called a second time at a different number, Keith was extremely rude to me pressuring me to use them and to stop searching for quotes (something any smart business owner would do), fear mongering and bullying me on the phone. As I tried to explain to him that I was trying to get quotes, he continually talked over me and then hung up on me. This was only because he found out I was being smart about my purchase and calling around. I'm SOOOOO VERY glad that this happened and I didn't do business with them. AVOID THIS BUSINESS. If this is how they treat people who were about 90% sure they were going to use them as an increased weekend rate, I can't imagine how they treat people who have questions. As someone who has been in sales and customer service for 30 years, I was appalled at the way I was treated! more

We bought and had a garage door installed by this company. After 5 months I experienced failure in the garage door pulleys because of how it was installed. We contacted them for repair and their response and attitude was to push off till next day.? They are after the first time customer install and not the repair/service of their business, felt like the average cable company. I had another company come out and repair and replace their install of their own work. This town is big enough for myself and others in the DFW area for good contractors and other "Garage Door" companies to gain our respect and money. more

Very nice customer service representative answered any questions I have and explained us all process and we made and appointment on our convenient time. It has been 10 months since (sorry for writing so late) and it still looks and operates great and I have had zero problems with the installation.
