I went to their Acura dealership a few years ago wanting to buy a new car. Walked in, talked to a sales guy, and he told us that we needed to show him we had money before he would start negotiating the price with us. Of course we walked out.
The sales person told us that he didn't think we had money to buy a car at all. I was so mad and we drove to Arlington to buy a car on the same day. I sent a letter to David McDavid about this but never heard back.
I'd have to say though, their service department is a lot better than their sales department. I would not recommend anyone buying a car from them, but if you take your car there for service, always ask for a discount, they will give it to you.
