We took our 2006 Jetta in for servicing. We are out of the country for a year so we wanted to make sure that it was in good shape fore our bi monthly visits home for business. In early march we took it in for an an air bag warning light. Turned out that a connector that they had replaced was not properly done so they fixed it. Aside from time lost no problem. This morning my wife was driving from Eugene to Portland Oregon and the brake fluid warning light went on(they had recommended replacing the brake fluid so we had them do it) she looked in the manual and I went on the internet and decided she could drive up to the next rest area to take a look. She looked and they had left the brake fluid cap off. They did not replace the cap!!!! I feel this is inexcusable as they could have killed her. In the past, when the car was new, we had rattles that they could never fix but none of it was life threatening. Very scary situation and I am shocked. I wish Kendall Toyota could service VW's as we love the car.
