My wife bought me a couple hundred dollar watch for father's day. It has a metal clasp and I do not care for metal clasps so we decided to return it and look for a watch with a leather band instead. The person we talked to said the band had scratches on it and wouldn't take it back not even for store credit. I only remove the watch from the box and adjusted the band to my wrist size and then returned it back to the box, so it must have been scratched when it was purchased. My wife was very disappointed to say the least as she has bought several items from there. We will never go back there nor recommend this store to anyone.
