My wife bought me a couple hundred dollar watch for father's day. It has a metal clasp and I do not care for metal clasps so we decided to return it and look for a watch with a leather band instead. The person we talked to said the band had scratches on it and wouldn't take it back not even for store credit. I only remove the watch from the box and adjusted the band to my wrist size and then returned it back to the box, so it must have been scratched when it was purchased. My wife was very disappointed to say the least as she has bought several items from there. We will never go back there nor recommend this store to anyone. If you want quality service and products visit Cornell's. This occurred at the Pittsford NY store. more

Not the place for a certified diamond! 12/2/2005

If you are looking for high quality diamonds, this is not the place. They don't have anything that is certified by any reputable certifier. All their engagement rings are preset diamonds in a band. You don't know what you are getting. I didn't look for anything else. I'm sure they are fine for gold and such, but they are not the place for high quality engagement rings. more

Hige selection 9/26/2005

This store has a huge selection at very good prices. They have tons of rings. I was looking for a claddagh ring, while they did not have exactly what I was looking for, they did have a lot of them. I would definitely go here again to buy some nice fine jewelery. They have another location too, in Greece. more
