We were planning our wedding, and had gone into other local florist and unless we made appointments we were told they did not have time to talk with us or show us anything. When we walked into Cleveland Florist they seated us and gave us books to look at and paper and pens to write down any questions we might have had. They were busy but not too busy to get us started with our wedding flowers. It was close to 5:00 which was their closing time, but they never tried to rush us and after locking their door two of the designers sat down with us and we planned our wedding flowers and decorations. The wedding is over and our flowers were beautiful and we have our florist to thank for the professional and personal service.
