I ordered flowers for a special occasion for my spouse, from their website. The flowers were not delivered and when I called they indicated that they did not sell roses at the price indicated on their website, and that they had tried to email me but couldn't get through. I have issues with a vendor that doesn't honor what is on THEIR website, and since they take my phone number, they should feel some obligation to call me if there is a problem. Once again, a husband gets hung out to dry on a special occasion. Thanks Cleveland Florist! By the way, I give them 0 stars zero was not an option for the review page. more

The best Florist in Cleveland and the Surrounding Area. 6/18/2006

We were planning our wedding, and had gone into other local florist and unless we made appointments we were told they did not have time to talk with us or show us anything. When we walked into Cleveland Florist they seated us and gave us books to look at and paper and pens to write down any questions we might have had. They were busy but not too busy to get us started with our wedding flowers. It was close to 5:00 which was their closing time, but they never tried to rush us and after locking their door two of the designers sat down with us and we planned our wedding flowers and decorations. The wedding is over and our flowers were beautiful and we have our florist to thank for the professional and personal service. more

Cleveland Florist 9/18/2005

Someone had sent me flowers. I wasn't at home for these people to deliver them so I told them I would pick them up. The flowers were so beautiful. The people were so friendly. I will do business with these people again in the future. These people will go out of their way to make you happy. Their location is good. The parking is small. more
