I called them for service when my central air went out in my apartment,i scheduled a appointment and the person showed up over an hour to fix it...on top of that they were not prepared and did not bring a ladder needed to get to my air conditioner unit. therefore i had to run next door and borrow a ladder from a neighbor, the guy inspected the unit in my apartment and then went up on the roof and was up there a good 20 minutes,came back down and told me the freon was low and and that he had replaced it. well i ran my air conditioner all day and it still was not working..my df called a friend and they came by later that night to take a look at it,and come to find out that the person who said they put the freon in which i was charged for never did,as my air conditioner was very low on freon.
