I hired high-tech this past summer to renovate my brownstone steps. The last company I hired two years ago destroyed my steps. Brownstone steps need to be handled with care and if proper renovation methods are not imposed can completely destroy the texture of the steps. High-Tech explained to me the proper methods they would apply to ensure that the steps are restored to there original landmark conditions. I must say that my steps look phenomenal. High-Tech held up to the standards and professionalism they declared on the contract and I could not recommend another company for brownstone work.
