Hello everyone, I hired high-tech this past summer to renovate my brownstone steps. The last company I hired two years ago destroyed my steps. Brownstone steps need to be handled with care and if proper renovation methods are not imposed can completely destroy the texture of the steps. High-Tech explained to me the proper methods they would apply to ensure that the steps are restored to there original landmark conditions. I must say that my steps look phenomenal. High-Tech held up to the standards and professionalism they declared on the contract and I could not recommend another company for brownstone work. more

Brilliant Masonry Work 4/11/2011

I hired High-Tech for some masonry work on my three-story brownstone building. They were cooperative and efficient going straight to work. I needed the job done fast and they were at my front steps the next morning. Very efficient team. I had no complaints. Brilliant workers. more

Amazing Company 4/10/2011

I worked with High-Tech for a couple of years now since 2005! For personal and business related projects I have been using them over the years and couldn’t be pleased more. They created an amazing studio/office in my house. They did the demolition, interior and exterior decorations when I opened my restaurant in 2005! They are always coming by to touch things up and do new things for me. I have various pictures of the before and after. The design team is amazing. The High-Tech team has become a part of my life. They one of the best companies I have worked with over the years. more

Wonderful Skim Coating 4/8/2011

High-tech did a wonderful job repairing and skim coating the walls of my apartment. High-tech also installed a new kitchen which included flooring, tiles (had a huge selection to choose from), new sink and lower cabinets. The place looks great! more

Highly recommended 4/6/2011

High-Tech Construction Company was very efficient, honest, and hard working. They were at my front steps every morning on time to get the key before I went to work and when I came back home they were still working. They cleaned up very well and treated my home as their own. They even worked out a payment plan with me because my husband and I were going through a difficult financial time. They were one of the most caring people I have met. I highly recommend them. more

A co-worker had just used High-Tech and when I was hunting for good contractors she told me that they are quite affordable. Indeed they were. I went through nearly 25 general contractors before I choose High-Tech. I honestly got more than what I paid for. They did a suberb job renovating my home in the fraction of the price. more

brownstone building 3/31/2011

I needed some work done on my three story brownstone building. The steps were chipping and the last company we hired nearly destroyed the historic landmark. I needed a company who knew how to repair my brownstone steps and High-Tech was the one. They are truly the brownstone specialists! My steps looked better than ever. more

amazing job 3/29/2011

Moving into a new house I was pleased with the price and size but I needed a complete interior renovation. This included a kitchen, three bathrooms, and four bedrooms. My husband needed to create one of the bedrooms into an office so that he could work from home. Overall a lot of work needed to be done. I did some searching and gave High-Tech a call! They did an amazing job. They took every fine detail I had and made it into a reality. Amazing company. more

High Tech Construction Company provides various services that include bathroom/kitchen remolding, tiling, flooring, roofing, plastering, major demolitions and renovations. They provide quality service and they are very reliable. They one of the best brownstone specialists in the country. High Tech provides quality work and is very affordable. I have used them for various projects and have recommended them to family and friends. Thus far I have received only positive feedback more

Brownstone Building 2/5/2010

Last year High-Tech Construction company reconstructed my 3-story brownstone building. My brownstone building had cracks and was falling apart. A recommendation from a friend convinced me to call the High-Tech and they were on my front steps the next morning. The contractor was easy-going and extremely cooperative. We went over the budget, the necessay adjustments, and the contract. Everything was set to go. Within two months I had a new brownstone building with a competely new look with new designs. more

Kitchen Renovation 2/2/2010

HighTech Construction Co is a pleasure to work with. Last year they renovated my kitchen and did a wonderful job. I had very high expectations and HighTech lived up to it. They did everything I wanted. The finishing project was amazing. I love everything about my Kitchen; the color scheme, the space, the cabinets, counters etc. No one could have done a better job. more
