I think that the Harr dealerships are the absolute WORST in the city. I (unfortunately) bought a used SUV from them. The service was AWFUL it took me over a week and a half to get my vehicle. They kept telling me " it will be ready for pick up tomorrow every "tomorrow" I was told the next day at the latest and they REFUSED to compensate me in ANY way other offering me a rental car for my inconvenience I HAD to give a $300.00 deposit that took almost 2 months to get returned to me the rental car was on EMPTY when I picked it up. Not to mention I was only given 1 key with a remote for the SUV and then had to go out and get a spare key and remote which cost an additional $300.00. I wrote a letter to Mr. Keith Lincoln at Harr Dodge and he didn't even give me the courtesy of calling me back, I had to report them to the BBB and the Attorney General’s Office both of which got no where. The dealership treated me like a nobody. I will NEVER ever buy another vehicle from them or even go there to get my SUV serviced since it was the service department that kept saying it would be ready. I am APPALLED at the way they treated me while I was speaking to 1 of the 4 salesman that I had to deal with, they IGNORED me and looked at my fiancée for the answers even though I was the one buying the vehicle and was the one answering ALL of their questions. This dealership is a joke and I have no idea HOW they are still in business. My experience with them has made me realize that the small little dealerships are the ones for me; you can get personalized service, and great attention as well as MUCH better deals more
