I work in Old Saybrook and live 30 miles away. By the time I get home from work I just don't have the time to give my husband a GOOD home cooked meal. Well at least before Pasta Vita I didn't. Now I go in every week or two and pick up five or six entrees and freeze them. I can then call my husband and tell him which to throw into the oven.
Every container holds enough to feed two and we have never tried anything we don't like but we have tried many we love. From meatloaf to Chicken Apulia they are all winners. Even if you don't want pasta you will find lots of choices to satisfy.
I love them so much that we had them cater my daughters wedding and I don't exagerate to say that the guests raved about the food and the catering.
