The former person said she was swamped, I don't agree, the faster I can get to what I want to look at, the better. I got the best service, bought a new dryer at an exceptional price. I need a refrigerator, which I told Karen what I needed, or wanted, and she was right on it. Not what she wanted to sell me, but what I wanted.
I bought the dryer, and it was brought out and installed an hour later. They took out the old one for me and got rid of it. Couldn't have asked for better than that.
