The former person said she was swamped, I don't agree, the faster I can get to what I want to look at, the better. I got the best service, bought a new dryer at an exceptional price. I need a refrigerator, which I told Karen what I needed, or wanted, and she was right on it. Not what she wanted to sell me, but what I wanted. I bought the dryer, and it was brought out and installed an hour later. They took out the old one for me and got rid of it. Couldn't have asked for better than that. more

Too Pushy 6/29/2005

From the moment I walked in the door I felt surrounded by the next salesman who wanted my "Deal". Although they claim to not work on commision they must be crunching numbers or getting bonuses. The salesman had no idea what I wanted but wanted to sell me up. I got out of there as soon as I could and vowedd never to go back. more
