This is not a perfect rendition of a NY Jewish-style deli, but it's darned close. The basics are good: chopped liver, the half-sour pickles, the black-and-white cookies. I've had far better matzoh ball soup and some other items, but overall, there is not other NY/Jewish-style deli in DC (which is just odd I think). This place can be crowded, so expect to wait at prime times, and also, I have seen cleaner restaurants :-P
