I recently placed an order off of the LUSH website and received my package the other day. I was a little frustrated because it took quite some time for my order to be shipped, but I learned that they just had a huge promotion around the same time I placed my order so they were a little overwhelmed. Sadly the products I ordered leaked a bit while in transit. I emailed them about the problem and asked them if it would effect the products I bought. I got a reply a day and a half later. I was very satisfied with their customer service. They apologized for the leaky products and are sending me two brand new products asap at no extra cost to me. They even said that the leaking shouldn't effect the products and that I didn't have to send them back and to play with them until I received my new products. A+++ on service, even though it took a while to receive my order. Plus their Ocean Salt Face and Body Scrub rocks!
