Comcast drives me crazy. First of all they overcharge for their cable and internet services – CRAZY rates! And their service is non-existent. Even if you call, they never have a record of you calling and it takes forever if you have a problem. Last year, they never buried our cable and the neighbors dog chewed through it so we were without internet for a couple weeks! I wish there were an alternative!
