Since comcast has gone digital the we have had more problems with the reception and sound . At times we have to turn up the volume just to hear.They have been out to my house at least 3 times for the same issue. The signals goes in and out. It is not just me my neighbors too. I am soooo tired of this. Seriously going to look at other options. Right now I wouldn't give them one star. more

Comcast drives me crazy. First of all they overcharge for their cable and internet services – CRAZY rates! And their service is non-existent. Even if you call, they never have a record of you calling and it takes forever if you have a problem. Last year, they never buried our cable and the neighbors dog chewed through it so we were without internet for a couple weeks! I wish there were an alternative! more
