we had been recommended to this restaurant by a family friend, so we had great anticipation.
The dim sum menu is actuall an appetizer menu, with a number of items. The consensus of the table was the shrimp dumplings and spring rolls were disappointing. I liked my calamari portion - very lightly breaded and tasty, of a bit overdone.
I had the garlic beef from the contemporary stir fry menu and that was pretty good. The green onoins and broccoli was crisp and hot, the relatively small portion of beef was tasty.
The service was good, too.
However, this seemed more hype than substance and we likely will not go back.
