We love going to Pig 'n' Pancake for breakfast in Seaside. Where they came up with the name, I'm not quite sure, but they serve wonderful pancakes, omelets, French toast and much, much more. It is a really great family restaurant with very quick service. Just off the restaurant, there is a fun gift shop that seems to carry Christmas ornaments all year long. It's fun to look in the gift shop before heading back outside. I don't think our Seaside trip would be the same with out Pig 'n' Pancake.
