A good place for breakfast 4/15/2006

If we stay overnight at the beach we always end up eating breakfast at Pig N' Pancake. They are a pretty popular place and there can be a pretty long wait on the weekends. You can always spend the time checking out their gift shop with plenty of pig-inspired souvenirs. The food is good, I only hate that I can never finish it and can't bring the leftovers home with me, because by the time I got home they would be pretty gross. more

Pig out on Pancakes 4/10/2006

We love going to Pig 'n' Pancake for breakfast in Seaside. Where they came up with the name, I'm not quite sure, but they serve wonderful pancakes, omelets, French toast and much, much more. It is a really great family restaurant with very quick service. Just off the restaurant, there is a fun gift shop that seems to carry Christmas ornaments all year long. It's fun to look in the gift shop before heading back outside. I don't think our Seaside trip would be the same with out Pig 'n' Pancake. more

Left hungry - Always BUSY 9/29/2005

This restaurant is always Busy in the tourist town. So expect a wait to get seated, and expect a wait for the food. I've eaten there many times, and always just thought it was okay. The last time however that we went, hubby and the kids all left hungry. It was disappointing, especially since the bill was still $50. I think we have gotten spoiled with our local breakfast spot where we can never finish the food. But with the name Pig n Pancake you expect to at least get enough to eat. We won't be going back. more
