My husband has been working second shift this week and I have been hitting my favorite salad bar at Copp's food store.
I love the selection they have of fresh fruit and veggies.
I like to build my own with fruit for dessert and my salad having spinach, ice burg lettuce, sweet peas, their tasty chicken, and their own trail mix on top with some sunflower seeds.
Their veggies are so fresh you don't even need salad dressing and if you do want to top it off with a little dressing they have single packs for sale having a big selection.
It's fun to create your own or buy one of their already made salad. Just as tasty.
I'm stuffed!
