Highlands Hollow is one of those places you've probably never heard of, unless you're into skiing, but it's a favorite spot for people heading back into town after a day in the mountains. The menu choices do venture much beyond the basics, but they do have some unique sandwiches, including a couple of vegetarian options. They also have a good selection of beer they brew locally, which varies depending on season. The prices are reasonable, and there is something to please the palate of any beer lover!
