I used a groupon and thought I would try it out since it got OK reviews. Please trust me when I tell you it was the worst experience in a salon I have ever had. I was there for 4 hours sitting in a hot, dirty, dark salon. The colorist was awful, her hands were shaking the entire time and it took her 2.5 hours to do highlights and foils. Then there was a fight between stylists and the women who was supposed to cut my hair left. The owner who is the most obnoxious, rude and arrogant man alive cut my hair. The entire time he scolded me about the condition and cut of my hair. He was so unprofessional it was awful. He actually asked me if I cut my own hair and then proceed to cut 4 inches off my hair without asking. He basically did what he wanted because in his words he is a "New York stylist". Then the women blowing my hair out was doing an awful job. I ended up leaving with a half wet head and handing them my groupon and running out (yes- running). Please do not waste your time or money there. I ended up having to go somewhere else and getting the highlights fixed. There are far better and more professional places out there.
