I've got to admit: I'm wary of Best Buy. In Knoxville, the store's a giant stupidhouse filled with stupid. In Albany, it's not quite the same. Admittedly, I don't go rushing on Sunday afternoons for sale items, so they may still be shortchanging the stores, but the service I've received the few times in this one has been decent. Example? I picked up some speakers that didn't work so well with my receiver. Took the speakers back a few days later and returned them with no hassle. I was amazed; in Knoxville, I'd have gone through three grunts and a manager before seeing my money.
