Okay, being an Illinoisan I am hypercritical when the term "chicago dog" is used. This restaurant is not disappointing though. They have several different types of hot dogs on their menu and all that I have tried have been excellent. The restaurant is very casual and inexpensive with games around so you can grab a game and play while you wait for your food or eat. It has a fun vibe to it.
This is the closest to eating a Chicago Dog that you will get so far away from chi-town. Recently, a new restaurant was opened on North 10th street in Mcallen but I have yet to go.
