I had to get some recommended maintenance done to my 2002 Acura TL. Chris assisted me in getting set up in my loaner and was very flexible with my busy schedule that day. I really appreciated him keeping up with me throughout the day and letting me know how much I would be spending prior to getting there to pick up my vehicle. Kudos!
